FAQ (Frequently Ask Question)

User Registration:

• In the user Log-in click "Create New Account"
• Create username and put your email address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
• Open your email add and follow the instructions to activate your account

User Log In:

• Log in to your account
• After you log in, the Log In form will be replaced by your username and some of the enabled controls.
• Click "My Account"
• Click the "Edit" tab to change your password, instead of the machine generated password. Fiil up the "Password" and "Confirm Password" and click Submit.
• You can also edit your Username, Email Address, and some additional informations you have.

Creating Content:

• Log in to your account
• After you log in, the Log In form will be replaced by your username and some of the enabled controls.
• Click "Create Content"
• Choose the appropriate item from the list: "Blog Entry", "Poll', "News and Updates"
• Fill up the "Title" "Category" and the "Body" of the content, then submit it. (Click "Open rich editor" to use a text editor)
• Your submitted contents can only be edited by You, the Admin, and the Pastor
• Only the Pastor and the Admin can create a "Pastor's reflection" contents

Posting an Event:

• Click "Event" in the create content
• Fill up the start date and the end date
• Fill up the title and the body for the events information
• Submit

Creating an Album(If your account is enabled)

• Click "Album" in the create content
• Choose a title for the Album (Required)
• In the "Parent" drop down choose "Photo Gallery" be sure that you don't miss this step or your album will end up in a different location.
• Put a discription in the body if desired (Not required)
• Let the remaining settings to default and then submit.

Uploading Pictures(If your account is enabled)

• Create an album
• Go to "Photo Gallery" and choose an album
• Click the "Mass Import" tab
• Upload pictures, you can upload up to 5 pictures per upload

Creating Chatroom

• Go to the chatrooms page and select a room where you want to start a topic
• Enter the name of the topic in the "Chat Name" field.
• Click "Create Chat" button
